Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team -can advise you of next steps and time frames for a replacement item. A photo is always appreciated so we can speed up the process.

We cannot offer exchange or return for items that have been worn! If there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.

Our 1-year warranty covers all our claims that will not happen with your purchase. We guarantee our jewellery will never fade, tarnish, or lose its colour. That includes in the shower, sea, pool, wearing while training or exposed to sweat and heat. Our jewelry is built to last.

However, should it tarnish, we will replace it for free. Just send an email with your order number & a photo to our customer service team amberyjewelry@gmail.com & we will be there to help.
